Terms & Conditions

Oligarch Travels acts as a concierge and travel coordinator. We arrange accommodation, executive transportation, private aviation, dining, entertainment, sightseeing and other lifestyle services through independent third-party suppliers. Those suppliers provide the services directly and their own terms apply alongside ours.

All enquiries are treated as requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking becomes binding only when we issue a written confirmation and the agreed payment has been received. Availability, pricing and inclusions are subject to change until confirmed.

Quotations are prepared individually for each itinerary and are valid for the period stated. Prices may be quoted in EUR unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates are specified in your confirmation. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.

Change and cancellation terms depend on the policies of the suppliers involved and are set out in your booking confirmation. Certain arrangements — including private aviation, chauffeur hire, event access and peak-season accommodation — may be non-refundable once confirmed. Concierge coordination fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Clients are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, insurance and any documentation required for travel, for providing accurate guest details, and for conducting themselves lawfully and respectfully at all venues and properties. Any costs, damages or penalties arising from a client's conduct are the client's responsibility.

Where an itinerary includes visits to licensed casinos or entertainment venues, Oligarch Travels provides travel, hospitality and reservation assistance only. We do not operate gaming, offer gambling services, provide credit or guarantee entry, membership, table access or any outcome. All gaming activity is subject to the venue's own rules and applicable law, and is restricted to guests of legal age.

To the extent permitted by law, Oligarch Travels is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or failures of independent suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control including strikes, adverse weather, transport disruption, government action or force majeure. Our liability for any claim arising from services we arrange is limited to the coordination fees received from you.

Client identities, itineraries and preferences are treated as strictly confidential and are disclosed only as required to deliver the requested services or comply with the law.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and the Oligarch Travels name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Gaming X LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
