We collect the information you provide when submitting an enquiry or engaging our services: full name, country of residence, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp or Viber contact, Telegram handle, destination, travel dates, number of guests, accommodation preferences, requested services, estimated budget and any special requests you choose to share.

We may also receive limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and functioning correctly.

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare bespoke itineraries and quotations, make reservations with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, venues and other partners on your behalf, communicate with you before and during your journey, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and improve our services.

We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (arranging your requested services), your consent (where you contact us or opt in to communications), our legitimate interests (service quality, security and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations under Bulgarian and EU law.

To deliver a requested arrangement we may share only the information strictly necessary with third-party suppliers such as hotels, chauffeur and vehicle providers, private aviation operators, restaurants, venues and licensed local partners. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Where a supplier is located outside the European Economic Area, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

We retain enquiry and booking records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to request data portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
